Refund policy
All sales are FINAL and cannot be price adjusted, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned. Your purchase is your acceptance of this policy.
If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us at help@moknowshair.com within 20 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line, which items are damaged, missing or incorrect in the message, and a photo of everything you received in your package.
MoKnowsHair is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments marked as "delivered" by the carrier. You will need to file a claim with the carrier to resolve and request reimbursement for stolen package issues.
MoKnowsHair reserves the right to verify requests. Requests without photo documentation are not eligible for replacement. If your request for missing, incorrect or damaged items is sent more than 20 days past the purchase date, it will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
